Alle HooperInnen, die gemeinsam neue Hoopmoves lernen wollen, sich austauschen, neue Freundschaften entdecken, mit ihrem Hoop feiern und bei der Show staunen wollen, sind herzlich eingeladen.

Dear Hoopers!

We are happy about the positive feedback of the German Hoop Convention. We will spare no effort to bring the next Convention from 16th to 18th June 2017 to a full success!

All the hoopers, who want to learn new moves together, exchange experiences, discover new friendships, party with their hoops and be astonished by the show are very welcome.

Workshops with some of the world’s best hoop teacher, a bazaar, a LED party and our famous evening show are waiting for you.

Emma Hooping Mad (UK)

Founder of Hooping Mad, Emma has been obsessed with hooping since summer 2007 while she was writing up her PhD in Immunology.  After completing her PhD, Emma hung up her lab coat and became a full time hooper.  She has been teaching hoopdance since 2008. Emma is a hugely experienced teacher and has run regular classes and workshops across the world for the last 6 years...

Babz Robinson (CDN)

One of the hoop world's most prolific creators of hoop dance trick tutorials Babz Robinson, Canadian native has been raising the bar and innovating modern hoop dance since 2003. Her comprehensive tutorials and passion for sharing knowledge have earned her the Hoopies awards for both Instructor of the Year and Tutorial of the Year!

Ina Hoopina (GER)

Ina’s passion for Hoopdance startet in 2010 and accompanied her in various ways. She taught herself most of the hoop tricks, startet teaching hoopdance in 2011 in Hannover and founded the Hannover Hoop community together with Tasha from Happy Hooping. Ina teaches and performs hoopdance in her hometown Göttingen, at juggling conventions and national and international hoop events. Students appreciate her relaxed, thoroughly, patient and comprehensive teaching during her workshops....

Sky Flow Artist (UK)

About Sky Flow Artist: Sky Flow Artist is a hula hoop performer and instructor born in Brighton, UK. Starting ballet at the age of 4, Sky has been performing on stage for most of her life. At 11 years of age Sky was selected to be a part of the British National Team for rhythmic gymnastics. As a gymnast she won numerous medals at the British Championships and competed abroad representing Great Britain at international competitions. She has been trained in the UK, Bulgaria, Mexico and Spain to a very high level in a wide......

TaDa! (GER)                                                                 

TaDa is a fresh duo couple - an actor mix of juggling, acrobatics, hooping & dance - TaDa!

Marianna De Sanctis (FR)

Until the age of nineteen, Marianna learned to make excellent coffee and cappuccinos. One day, she packed her bags to travel the world, and discovered circus! Until this time she had no prior circus training, she had never hula hooped, or even done gymnastics. Despite this total lack of circus skills, she had the opportunity to hula hoop with a friend; Silvia Pavone. With her she learnt to hula hoop in Italy for the first time, but this was for fun and not in a traditional circus. Marianna started to play.....

Geoffrey Szuszkiewicz (CDN)

Geoffrey Szuszkiewicz is a North American based hooper who has been body rocking inside the hoop for 10+ years performing, teaching and attending conventions on both sides of the Atlantic. He has studied and practiced the art of hoop dance diligently both through self exploration, and continual learning. In addition, he supplements his knowledge of the hoop by studying dance styles ranging from hip hop, vogue, jazz, and contemporary.

C-Section (GER)

C-Section (aka Chris Gogler) is a Hoop artist originally from Adelaide, Australia. With a background and some formal training in ballet and contemporary dance, Chris stumbled across hooping some number of years ago and has been hooked ever since. C-Section now lives in Berlin and has taught at Hooplaland, Hooptal and the European Juggling Convention. 

He is interested in the intersection between dance, elegance, performance and hoop tricks and hoop tech. 

Marilyn Nova White (GER)

Everything around the hoop started for Marilyn Nova White 2013 with a hoop course in a dance school. After her first Hoopconvention in her life (GHC 2014!) she made a decision: "I find my own style and way with the hoop!" How practical that she has gained, private and professional, years of dancing and acting experience in her life - so get out on the stages of the world! From this, Marilyn's very own expression developed through mainly improvised performances.

Deanne Love (AUT)

Deanne Love's fresh and passionately positive style of hoop dance instruction has hoopers from all over the globe tuning in. Strong in the art of streamlined instruction and intuitive facilitation, Deanne turns up the volume on the "feel-good-factor" as a focus of success for all level of hooper. She shares hoop dance as a delicious hot pot of tricks, transitions and technique.

Jane Fondle (AUT)

Jane Fondle has been hula hooping for 13 years and has been dancing all her life (mostly in her bedroom in front of the mirror, while singing into her hairbrush).  She has trained in many dance styles including contemporary dance, bellydance and hip-hop dance.

She is a prominent hoop teacher and performer in Melbourne, Australia and loves teaching her rad tricks to hoop stars of all levels.
